RM of De Salaberry Development Plan and Zoning By-law
The RM of De Salaberry is located in southern Manitoba. Lombard North Group began working with the RM to craft a new development plan and zoning by-law in spring of 2016. In August 2016 our planning team held a public open house and conducted a key stakeholder meeting to gain insight and set the direction for the new plan.
